Ray Gunn has joined Van Conway &
Partners LLC as a senior managing
director. He has more than 35 years’
experience in operating businesses,
raising capital, deal making and
structure, finance, business strategy,
and exit strategy, and recently
served as CEO of MexAmerica
Foods. Gunn was a co-founder of
First Michigan Bank, which was
renamed Talmer Bank and Trust,
and he serves on the board of Main
Street Bank and chairs its audit
committee. He holds a bachelor’s
degree from Oakland University.
Matt Lenzini has joined First
Business Capital Corp. as a vice
president. Based in St. Louis, he is
responsible for originating asset-based loans in downstate Illinois,
Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska.
Lenzini has more than 30 years of
asset-based and commercial finance
experience, representing independent
and bank-owned finance companies.
He holds a bachelor’s degree
from Rockhurst University. First

James Ogonosky has joined
the middle-market asset based
lending team at MB Business
Capital as a senior vice president
in the firm’s new Houston office.
In this role, he sources lending and
commercial banking opportunities
in the Southern Texas and Louisiana
markets. He has more than 20 years
of banking experience, most recently
at Bank of Texas. Before that he held
positions at Wells Fargo, TriPoint
Partners L.L.C., and Frost Bank/Frost
Capital Group. Ogonosky holds a
bachelor’s degree in accounting from
Pennsylvania State University. J
