Laura Keyser Brunner has been
appointed president of MainStream
Management LLC. Brunner oversees
major functions of the company,
including strategy, operations,
consulting delivery, product initiatives,
marketing, and business development.
She is responsible for extending the
company’s worldwide market presence.
Philip Cassel has joined Cassel Salpeter
& Co. in Miami as an associate. He
focuses on M&A and restructuring
assignments for the independent
investment banking firm. Cassel
previously was an associate with
Rialto Capital Finance Group and an
analyst at Alvarez & Marsal and, in
addition to work in restructuring and
private equity, assisted with cash-flow
modeling, budget planning, and court
filings. He holds a degree from the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Robert Crisafulli has joined Mesirow Financial Consulting, LLC, as a managing director. Based in New York, Crisafulli has significant experience in asset-backed securitization, financial and operational restructuring, risk management, loan
workouts, and business planning. Prior
to joining Mesirow, Crisafulli was a
managing director in the Corporate
Finance/Restructuring practice at
FTI Consulting. He holds a bachelor’s
degree from Hobart College.
Andrew M. Malec, PhD, has joined
O’Keefe & Associates as a director. He is
a financial advisory services professional
experienced in providing debt, derivative
securities, enterprise value, equity, and
intangible asset/intellectual property
valuation opinions for corporate
planning, financial reporting, taxation,
transaction, litigation, and strategic
planning purposes. Malec has significant
experience in providing economic
analysis and litigation advisory services
on complex commercial litigation. He
is also an adjunct professor in finance
at Lawrence Technological University,
and has presented and published
extensively. Malec holds a PhD from
Wayne State University and a bachelor’s
degree from the University of Michigan.
Ben Marzouk has joined Monroe
Capital as a managing director
and New York Region group head.
Prior to joining Monroe Capital, he
originated lower middle market loan
transactions at Praesidian Capital.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from
Emory University and an MBA from
Emory’s Goizueta Business School.

formation of Picone Advisory Group,
a financial advisory firm based in
the Chicago area that specializes
in providing consulting services
to companies of all sizes and in all
industries on an international basis.

matters; real estate; litigation support;
and expert witness matters. Prior to
launching his firm, Picone was with

Michael Salela, group senior vice
president, and David Enghauser, senior

has moved to Business Development,
where he is responsible for originating
